This segment is physically challenging due to its heavi elevation of 400m in less den 4km of trail. But the views when you get up is worth your while. After you have cleared the elevation you have 16km of flat trail walking alongside alesojaure (jaure means lake) and its turqoise glaciar waters. Along the lake there are numerous possebiletis to set up your tent in case you dont want to push through the whole 21km. If you keep up a regular pase you should be able to finish this segment in between 8-10h. The cabin att Alesjaure offers a sauna, a little shop, kitchen and it allows pets in some cabins. From the cabin you can se along the valley which is a sight to behold.
